That's right, we're doing something related to Warhammer 40,000. While I no longer play the game, I do still have a pile of minis laying around. Some of these were painted years ago and some were painted not too long ago. These are some of my Chaos Space Marines, one of the two armies I have. Of course, as they're not based on the warbands in the books, I do have some canon in my head about them. I'll share that if I ever return to anything related to Warhammer 40k... But let's get on to the pictures.
First up, we have the some renegade Space Marines. As I'm sure you'll notice, they're just Assault On Black Reach marines that have been slightly modified using some CSM vehicle sprue bits. I hope you'll figure out what Chaos God they're slowly starting to worship...
Next up, we have some test models I've been working out for my Slaansh Marines. I've only finished a handful as painting that color up from black has been killing my will to live. I also need to paint up all the shoulder pads and backpacks and the mere though of that fills with a dread beyond words...
Finally, we have a modified AoBR Dreadnought that has been converted to Chaos, again using the CSM vehicle sprue. The paint scheme is for my Tzeentch marines. I don't know when I'll get to them but I really like the colors I chose for them. And, yes, I know that Chaos calls Dreadnoughts something else. This is me giving a fuck.
